- Sarv manufactures a complete range of high precision wheel alignment turn plates engineered to deliver accurate and repeatable wheel alignment measurements. Turn plates play a critical role during alignment by allowing the wheels to rotate smoothly while caster, camber, and steering alignment angles are measured.
- This SARV Mechanical Turn Table is designed specifically for passenger car wheel alignment. The plate is free-floating with 360-degree movement in all directions, achieved through a low-friction ball system. This model uses 24 steel balls (Ø15mm) housed in a plastic cage, providing smooth movement while maintaining durability under workshop conditions.
- Manufactured from heavy-duty steel sheet, the unit is finished with black powder coating for corrosion resistance and long service life. It includes a dual pin locking system to keep the slip plate zeroed and stable while the vehicle drives onto the turn plate and also when the plates are not in use.
- For ease of handling in professional alignment bays, the turn plate includes a built-in handle and an auto-centering design to support correct wheel positioning. With a 275mm (10”) top plate diameter and a load capacity of 1000 kg (1 ton) per plate, this Mechanical Turn Table is ideal for passenger car service centers, tyre shops, and wheel alignment workshops.
