It provides free-floating 360-degree movement in all directions, supported by 120 Delrin balls housed in a plastic cage. This low-friction ball system ensures smooth tyre rotation during alignment procedures, even under heavy vehicle loads.
- Manufactured from cold rolled (CRC) steel sheet, the unit is finished with a light blue powder coating for corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The turn plate includes a dual pin locking system that keeps the slip plate stable and zeroed while the vehicle drives onto it or when the plates are not in use.
- An easy-to-read ±0° to 60° scale supports accurate measurement of caster, camber, and steering alignment angles.
