Turn plates are essential in alignment procedures because they allow smooth wheel rotation while caster, camber, and steering alignment angles are measured.
- This SARV Mechanical Turn Table is designed for passenger cars, LCVs, and most 4-wheeler tyre sizes. The plate provides free-floating 360-degree movement in all directions through a low-friction ball system. This model uses 36 steel balls (Ø12mm) housed in a plastic cage to ensure smooth rotation and stable performance in professional workshop environments.
- Manufactured from heavy-duty steel sheet, the unit is finished with electroless nickel plating to prevent rusting and extend service life. For workshop stability and safe drive-on positioning, the turn plate includes a dual pin locking system that keeps the slip plate zeroed while the vehicle drives onto the plate and also when the turn plates are not in use.
- A built-in handle supports easy carriage, while the auto-centering design helps ensure correct wheel positioning during alignment. The clear ±0° to 60° scale makes it easier for technicians to read caster, camber, and steering angles accurately.
